Dillon Ostlund focuses on complex litigation and government investigations.

Prior to joining Coblentz, Dillon was an associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in San Francisco, where he focused on antitrust and regulatory matters.

Dillon earned his J.D. from the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in 2022. He received his B.A. in English from Brigham Young University in 2018.

Prepared several offensive depositions of high-level sales and business development employees in private antitrust class action against video game publishing platform.*
Navigated multiple third-party subpoenas and civil investigative demands from the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice Antitrust Division regarding competitive conflict of interest between board positions.*
Assisted in custodian interview and production of documents in undisclosed criminal antitrust leniency application with the Department of Justice Antitrust Division.*
Helped clients achieve unconditional merger clearance from the Department of Justice Antitrust Division in three separate second request investigations.*
